Rules Governing Your Use of a9a999

1. Acceptance of Terms

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the a9a999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate:

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit a9a999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where a9a999's liability is not excluded by the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their a9a999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
